[MC-203637] Mobs don't avoid lava cauldrons when pathfinding despite of setting themselves on fire

In the video below you see that the creeper could've gone right to avoid the lava caudrons. He ran straight into them instead.

This is especially dangerous for leather workers using lava cauldrons as workstations.

Can confirm in 21w17a. A wandering villager correctly followed my path between the lava cauldrons, but a zombie chasing a villager went straight through the cauldrons.
