unable to connect to 1.6.1 servers

Cannot Reproduce

in 1.6.1 when you try to connect to an online 1.6.1 server, it displays the message "Connection Failed Bad Login". I tried on multiple 1.6.1 servers and they all displayed that message.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
