[MC-203687] EXTREAME lag on 1.17 snapshots

Running 1.17 snapshots seem to have a high chance for lag spikes when loading new chunks.

Please provide a screenshot of your game while the issue is occurring with the Alt+F3 debug screen enabled.

Can confirm. Chunks load slowly and the game sometimes freezes for a few seconds.

Please check if this is still an issue in 21w07 or later.
