[MC-203859] Creepers blow up on Villagers

I was in a super flat world when I saw a Creeper walk up to a Villager and explode.

I tried to recreate the scene but the Creeper didn't do it when I pushed the Creeper to the Villagers I guess it only triggers naturally.

Yes, the Creepers do, do that. It might be a one-time thing but I kinda did see the Creeper do it.
