What I expected to happen was generate under ground

This Amethyst Room Generation need to be generated under ground right?
What actually happened was Amethyst room generated on the surface

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. Yes I know this is Snapshot, but there's a bug Amethyst Room's can sometimes generate on the surface like this on the picture.
3. And i think this is it. That's soo cool update gonna be!
