Candles dont show through Stained or Tinted glass

I believe the reporter is explaining that it is not possible to see the particles of candles through tinted glass. In that case, it would be a duplicate of MC-188529, which is marked as "won't fix" because particles can only be seen through tinted glass when the "fabulous" graphics setting is enabled.
Do you mean candles themselves or their particles? Please attach a screenshot of this occurring while the F3 debug screen is enabled.
