Netherite chestplate sleeve texture is incorrect

The sleeves on the netherite chestplate should be 7 pixels long with the final pixels looking torn or tattered, according to the resolution of MCPE-104356. However, in Java Edition the netherite sleeves are 5 pixels long and smooth across the bottom, like gold and iron armors.
