Redstone behaves slowly with high randomtickspeed

I was testing with the new crystals so I made the randomtickspeed 10000 so they would grow fast. but when I activate Redstone it's really slow.

 

Edit: I found out also water is really slow so I thing the game slows down but not in FPS but more in TPS I think.
