I found this chicken with the texture of a horse. I have not used texture packs that make it look like this.

This is a duplicate of MC-190067 please attach a screenshot with your debug screen (F3) on to that report.
It just happens sometimes. Restarting the game should fix it. But, could you add steps how you've induced it? Like, optimizing world or sth. If there are any.
