Using Riptide Trident in Depth Strider boots decreases the movement distances

Throwing Riptide Trident in Depth Strider boots, in water, decreases the movement distances. It becomes about 2/3.

I don't know why... It is so weird that Depth Strider Enchantment disturbs the movement in water.

I think it occurs in all versions since 1.13.
