Placing powder snow in a cauldron gives the player and empty bucket in creative mode

Similar to how in the previous snapshot placing lava in a cauldron would give the player an empty bucket, right clicking a cauldron with a powder snow bucket gives the player an extra empty bucket in creative mode.

How to reproduce:

1.) Enter creative mode

2.) Place down a cauldron

3.) Right click the cauldron with a powder snow bucket

4.) Observe that there is now an empty bucket in your inventory
