Similar case to fish: there are both fish spawn eggs and fish buckets.

WAI, see changelog of snapshot 14w25a,where block of water was deleted from inventory f.e.

@@unknown I'm sure it's not. This block does exist in creative inventory on Bedrock Edition, making this report valid as parity.
