Iron Golem take damage from powdersnow but not try to walk away

Iron Gelom take frozen from powder snow. And even if the powder is only one block thick( they can just walk up to another block which can be proved by put a zombie and they will walk out to the zombie), and they are taking frozen damage , they do not try to walk away.

Also Blaze does the same thing, they can fly throw powder snow, but they do not even if they are taking damage.
