The bug I have been getting is when I'm in caves and the light level Is like I'm using full bright. Even though the light level says 0 I can see just fine

Let me further explain, I'm mining in caves and I can see everything, even though the light level says 0. I'm able to see perfectly, with 0 light levels. I'm not using night vision or full bright. As I said before my brightness is 100, but the light level says 0. Even though I can see perfectly while there is 0 lights.
