Whenever I reopen the new Minecraft 1.6.1 launcher after I quit it, the english text for everything (title screen, block names, etc.) is all glitched out and unreadable. I have no idea what causes this and the only way to fix it is by deleting the entire minecraft folder and re-downloading everything.
