[MC-206086] Nylium drops nothing using an incorrect tool with silk touch

Get a Nylium block and a non-pickaxe tool.
Enchant said non-pickaxe tool with silk touch
Place the Nylium block down and mine it with the silk touched tool
It should drop nothing unless you mined it with a pickaxe, in which it works as intended.

I don't think this is a bug, because if you could mine it with a silk touch. then basically you could get diamonds or obsidian even with a wooden pickaxe (with silk touch) Then there would be no point in getting better items except to mine them faster.

According to the wiki, Nylium will only drop itself with a tool that has Silk Touch.

Can confirm. This seems like a logical issue as it is inconsistent with grass blocks. Also affects 21w03a.

this clearly works as intended. dirt or grass block drop from grass blocks no matter what tool is used. netherrack and nylium is different because a pickaxe is required. same way you get nothing if you mine an ore with a silk touch anything that isn't a pickaxe
