I've spent countless hours on this no-regen hardcore world, grinding for the last few achievements, and right as I'm about to get them, Minecraft crashes and deletes every single advancement. Please tell me there's a way to fix this.

Hmm, sounds like world corruption, sorry but they might be lost, if you have a backup though, you can take the advancement files from the backup and transfer them to the current world

I'd recommend forcing a crash by pressing F3+C for 10 seconds to help myself, along with others understand what the problem is. After you've done this attach the crash report to this ticket.
