Skin bug

This isn't a bug, you've simply not got your Skin Layers Enabled. To enable them go to Options > Skin Customization and turn on every option so that other parts of your skin become visible. I've attached a screenshot to help. 🙂

I think you got your skin sleeves/ pants/ etc turned off. Maybe check the settings and see what it does and if you need to change some
