Do you mean to break the bed actually and pick it up? If thats your worry I dont think beds have an assigned tool to break with. It can be any tool.

I think you got your skin sleeves/ pants/ etc turned off. Maybe check the settings and see what it does and if you need to change some

Look in your settings and see if you have volume turned on in the actual minecraft.
