banner marks on maps don't show their design when using an edited banner

I colored a white banner light blue and named it. The name showed up on the map, but the color stayed white. what I mean by "edited banner" is any banner that was changed or colored in a loom. The original color of the banner will stay on map instead of showing the edited banner design (light blue colored). I'm also trying to figure out how to put illager banner designs on maps the mark outposts. Here's the video demonstrating the bug:
