i made a farm with a glass dome and i brought bees in it to help my crops.
then for some reason i would notice my bees would magically appear on the other side of the glass and i would have to manually lead them back to the nest.
upon further inspection the bees appear to be clipping through the glasss and i am struggling to keep them in one place.

Were there any baby bees present when this issue occurred? If so, does MC-9568 describe your issue?
nope there were not any baby bees. the adult bees would just fly up and clip through the roof of the glass and then they would get stuck outside because they couldn't get back in.
If there are no babies involved, then this is another occurrence of MC-164594. This issue is being resolved as a Duplicate.
