Hypixel AFK message remains on screen on other serrvers.

When I go AFK in Hypixel and then leave the server while still AFK, the message disappears (As expected). When going on to a completely different server network (Performium), the message reappears as shown here:

Update:

When I go back to Hypixel, the message disappears and does not appear on Performium either.
