So my skin and my friend skin doesn't load in my game, but their game load totally fine. It keep showing me Steve and Alex skinned my desire skin that I have set up. I try to uninstall many time. I check the folder, and in asset there no skins folder like other have.
Also ,I think cuz the skin folder doesn't existed the game cant load in probably and have JAVA SE Binary is not response error .

well do you have internet connection, if you don't it will show up steve or alex
I had this problem too you just need to check that the Minecraft launcher says connected under your username ( that is to make sure that there is internet ) and everything should work.
