Large stalactites falling occasionally don't drop all of their pointed dripstone items

Causing a large stalactite to fall sometimes does not drop all of the pointed dripstone items on the ground after they have all been broken

This is most likely because the falling stalactites destroy the dropped items before all of the stalactites have dropped
