Hand doesn't hold spyglass correctly at some angles

The hand doesn't seem to be positioned correctly when holding the spyglass while looking in some directions in 3rd person

Hello! This looks to be a duplicate of MC-206592.

Yes it is but the other issue didn't show up when I searched for skyglass so I created a new one.
