I haven't been able to reproduce with villages, as I've never seen a geode breach sea level. It is theoretically possible to see a geode overlap a village structure if said village structure can go below the ground, but it must be extremely rare. If you find a geode overlapping a village structure, please comment with the seed and coordinates.

Can confirm in 21w38a.

As per the fix of [MC-215665], the dungeon now "wins", but it would still be nice of the overlap didn't happen to begin with.
