[MC-206667] Amethyst Geodes get cut off by chunk borders (20w48a)

I saw a broken Amethyst Geode, and decided to check Chunk Borders since I've seen many bugs related to chunk borders and sure enough, the chunk border cut off the Geode.

How to reproduce:

Enter seed: -6835530939089743514

Go to coords 541, 33, 933

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 20w49a using the provided seeds and coordinates.

I think that's because of the dripstone caves generation in 20w49a that changed terrain generation. If you tried 20w48a, it should still work.
