Redstone popping out when powered to a pressure plate or a tripwire

When i made a small, easy redstone contrapcion, i used it, and then one day i came and saw all the redstone turned into entities, it's not complicated and i can fix that, but it's very very anoying 😞 I thinks it's only with the world i made in 1.3 and it sucks!
