[MC-207096] comparator doesn't work consistently.

It doesn't work consistently when rapid pulsar gives them redstone power.

Example of world file will be uploaded.

You can turn on the rapid pulsar with redstone dust to be changed into dot or cross shape.

This duplicates MC-54711. The one tick pulse is lost because it has no following comparator or repeater.
