Compass needle has no animation when used on a lodestone

The bug

When you use a compass on a lodestone, the compass needle will instantly face at the lodestone, instead of having an animation where it moves to the lodestone. On bedrock edition the compass needle does have an animation. Relates to MC-175985 and MC-186127.

How to reproduce:

1. Get a compass

2. Place a lodestone

3. Go into survival mode

4. Use the compass on the lodestone and look at the compass at the hotbar
   ❌ The compass needle instantly faces to the lodestone, instead of having an animation.
