[MC-207244] Villagers don't refresh trades

I have a villager trading hall and when I try to get emeralds they level up unlocking the new trades and then they don't refresh the old trades

Restock or Refresh? Villagers can't restock without their work stations. Villagers never refresh trades after you have locked them by trading once.

Hey there!

Once you trade with a villager, it's trades will be locked and will not change. Did you happen to trade with the villager when you are experiencing this issue?
