When I launch Minecraft while a resource pack that was created using TextureEnder.jar is loaded, all of the text in the menu, options, and in-game signs becomes scrambled. See attached image for an example. When I launch Minecraft while the default resource pack is loaded, everything is fine. I can get around the problem by making sure the default resource pack is loaded every time I exit Minecraft and then reloading my resource pack after loading Minecraft again, but it's a pain and certainly a bug. I tried this with multiple resource packs created from different texture packs; the only way text appears correctly is if Minecraft loads while no resource pack is loaded. Going to the default texture pack while the text is scrambled does not solve the problem.

The other workaround is to use the Pirate speech. For whatever reason, that text is clear and unscrambled, and not too hard to figure out.

This issue occurred when loading Minecraft with either WillPack or Ovo. These packs can be obtained for further testing at http://www.resource-packs.com/willpack-resource-pack/ for WillPack and at http://www.resource-packs.com/ovos-rustic-resource-pack/ for the Ovo Rustic pack.
These packs were run through MCPatcher to fix hi-res texture issues. MCPatcher is available at http://www.resource-packs.com/mcpatcher-hd-resource-packs/
