The Bug
When a sculk sensor deactivates, the animated parts of the sensor do not have an animation when the sensor changes its state. For example, if they are facing left during the last frames of the active animation, they may be facing right during the first frames of the inactive animation.
How to reproduce
Place a sculk sensor
Walk next to the sculk sensor to activate it
Watch carefully when the sensor changes from its active to inactive state, and notice the behaviour described above
Was previously:
It is hard to catch so you don't have to fix it until 20w60a or something but when a sculk sensor changes from clicking too not clicking it goes back wards when it is going forwards

I updated the description to make it hopefully clearer what is going on, but I haven't tried to reproduce this myself yet. Is this what you meant?
I've attached a video of how I interpreted this issue when I first saw it. Essentially, the active sculk sensor animation may end on a frame in which the animated part is on the left side (I'm not really sure what the animated parts are called), but when the animation ends, the inactive animation may start on the right side. Sorry, I'm not sure how to describe it clearly. I tried my best to write the description as clear as possible, but it's still pretty hard to understand 😞
