[MC-207379] Adding/ removing texture packs in the Resource Pack folder does not update the resource pack menu in game.

The resource packs imported into the Resource Pack folder doesn't show in game. If you remove a pack from the folder, it somehow still shows up in game and you can still use it.

This issue has happened on 1.8.9 too

Are you claiming that MC-191467 / MC-188473 were reintroduced to the game? I can't reproduce this in 20w49a.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.16.5 stable release or the latest 1.17 development snapshot.
