[MC-207386] Auto-jump doesn't allow for automatically climbing pointed dripstone

The bug

With auto-jump enabled, the player will not automatically jump up the base of a stalagmite. The player will jump up on top of the stalagmite, but not onto the base, middle, or frustum of the pointed dripstone from the layer below.

If there's a pointed dripstone on top of it, how could you jump onto it?

@unknown If you place 4 stalactites on top of each other, you can jump up on them. And can confirm. This also affects cakes.
