[MC-207811] When shearing a Snow Golem, it doesn't drop the pumpkin

It's really simple and in the title. When I shear a snow golem, with a pumpkin on his head it doesn't drop the pumpkin! It might be cause of the server that I'm on but I don't think it is.

Are tileDrops off?

TileDrops shouldn't be off because I changed none of the world settings before.

This report is invalid, as a modified game version has been used. Just to let you know, the bug tracker only handles issues relating with unmodified / vanilla game versions and in the screenshot you've attached, I can see that you are using Optifine.
