[MC-207992] "great view from up there" doesn't work properly with chorus fruits

how does it work:
1. climb 50 blocks above the ground
2. get levitation effect
3. eat a chorus fruit

for some reason when you teleport down, the game gives you "great view from up there" achievement/advancement/challenge, even if you were levitating for 2 seconds
