[MC-118569] 'Great View From Up Here' challenge advancement does not check direction

The bug

The challenge advancement "Great View From Up Here" (minecraft:end/levitate) is granted when moving 50 blocks downwards as well while having levitation.

Just did this on 1.12.2. It's really easy to duplicate by eating chorus fruit, which always teleports you down if you're levitating.
