Skulk does not detect Evoker when using Sheep color conversion spell

although The Evoker makes both sound and movement when conducting a sheep color conversion spell the skulk does not detect this. this seems inconsistent with other functions of the skulk that can detect similar movement and sound combinations from other mobs.
