First, I has reported it before in MC-207748
Even though I didn't suggest any trades, it doesn't lose its job when it's on minecart that is very far away.
It loses its job when it moves to the Nether or The End.

Do your villagers keep their jobs even if they exit the minecart? According to MC-235097, it can take several in-game days for villagers to lose their jobs when separated from their workstation, even if they're not riding a minecart. Have you observed any specific behaviour here that isn't described in that ticket?
