I found a cow and below her it had what seems to be a chest and a rabbit texture like a paper sheet underneath, I tried to unmake it, so I reloaded the default texture pack, I was using a custom resource pack though, but a proper one anyway, note that the glitch had transparency

Hmm, this is probably a glitch with the Resource Pack, maybe contact the creator?

This isn't actually a problem a resource pack and it just happens with no explanation. This report is actually a duplicate of MC-190067, so I'd recommend following the steps of the moderator note on that ticket.
