Axolotls don't spawn with spawners outside of water

The Bug

When an Axolotl is put into a spawner it doesn't spawn.

How to reproduce

  1. Place a spawner

  2. Right-click the spawner with an Axolotl spawn egg
    →❌ Notice nothing spawns

Can confirm.

Spawned for me. Had to spawn in water.

Maybe being in water is one of their spawning conditions.
