Sculk sensors placed adjacent to a wool block activate diagonally only in 1 direction

vibrations created adjacent to a wool block activate sculk sensor 1 block away diagonally only in 1 direction if the vibrations traveling north

How to reproduce:

1. Place a wool block

2. Place 4 sculk sensors adjacent to it in all 4 directions  
   ❌  remove & place the sculk sensores one by one & notice how only one of them get activated diagonally by the vibrations created
