Sugar canes growth

The growth is randomized, so while it may seem like they grow faster on dirt, it could be faster on sand for someone else.
Not a bug.

Prove this with a dataset that makes your results significant if this is going to be considered valid 🙂

in the minecraft code, sugar cane does not check the base block in determining when it will grow. there are vids on youtube that prove this.
