[MC-209117] Camera does not snap to player during resource reset (F3+T)

When reloading resources, the camera moves but the player doesn't.

Start moving your mouse while in 3rd person.
Press F3+T. Continue moving mouse.
After it reloads, the player's head will not move but the camera will for a bit.

This also affects first person as well. You will notice upon moving, that the item held in your hand does not return to its original position.
