I've noticed this bug occurs on multiplayer too. When TPS is low and you are in an unloaded chunk, this same thing happens. 

This is intentional. When wearing leather armor freezing damage is ignored.

This might be intentional. Try de-activating your pistons, and see if the fences connect.

Possibly using Fullbright (recourse pack). Or maybe you are using dynamic lighting on Optifine?

Maybe the nether is disabled. Ask the realm owner if any settings are preventing the nether.

Hey. What items aren't stacking? Are blocks or tools not stacking?

Might be a visual glitch. Try restarting your game or the launcher.
