I have a custom skin. only she doesn't show up. only alex's skin appears. Every time I choose on the site minecraft.net, in my account, the personalized skin, when I enter the game appears the skin of alex. I can't even choose Steve's skin. only alex's skin appears.

Hey there! This looks to be a duplicate of MC-101579, which was later marked as Invalid. The reason for this is because the problem that you are experiencing here, is caused by malware interfering with Minecraft. This is the same problem I am having but I don't know if mojang will notice this any time soon. ):
