[MC-209444] i cant see my skin and cant play servers

i used to play minecraft no premiun but when i bought an account its like its not premiun. I cant see my skin and i cant play on servers, this happend with all the versions.I dont know if its a bug or a problem with my account

edit: i login in my mom laptop and there was no problem.i dont think its the account

Make sure shure your connected to the internet

also make shure it’s correct server ip

i did the malware scan and put everything in quarantine and still got the same problem.
