World stop loading after creating a new world

I got this bothering bug since 1.16 came out, well everytine i created a world, its just stops from loading like its stays 63% or 100% and i tried stopping the game but it wont let me, i have to restart my computer to do the process all over again, and it wont still work.

The load just stuck and wouldnt let me exit the game and wait for initial crash, It was annoying.
I waited 4-8 hours to see if it continues to load and i opened another window to play with my friends on the server and it still doesnt work. Its stuck to 1 or its stuck to 50.

Even its freshly opened, its still does the same.

I never tried 1.15 but other versions seems to work normaly except 1.16.
