You will can use Minecart to go up after Bedrock. Steps:
Go at X=~ Y=123-126 Z=~
Break one block forward (if it's not Bedrock)
Place Rails
On Rails place Minecart
Get in Minecart
Throw enderpearls in Bedrock
Try to fly out up
Done.
